Support Consultant (m/f)
To strengthen our Support team, we are currently looking for a:
Support Consultant (m/f)
Your mission
> Respond to incoming calls and email requests
> Diagnose and resolve technical or functional incidents
> Escalate incidents to the relevant teams if necessary
> Follow up on tickets until they are resolved
> Supporting and advising users in the use of software developed in-house or by our partners
> Participating in the continuous improvement of procedures and the knowledge base
Your profile
> Excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of service
> IT knowledge (Windows OS, LAN, Excel)
> Good spoken and written French; proficiency in German, English, or Luxembourgish is considered an advantage
> Experience in HR and/or payroll is an advantage

Experienced low-voltage technician (m/f)
Your mission:
> Install, troubleshoot and ensure proper operation of systems
Your profile
> Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
> Autonomous and versatile
> Computer skills are essential
> Experience in the security field is desirable
> Knowledge of access control is an advantage
> Knowledge of alarm systems (aritech or Visonic) are an advantage.
> Fluency in English and/or Luxembourgish would be an advantage
> Driving license B
Position type: Permanent, full-time
