DSK Systems, founded by Gil Da Silva in 1992, is a Luxembourgish company specializing in time management and access control solutions. In 2015 Thierry Krombach joined the company and became co-manager.

Since 2024, the company has been managed by a dedicated management committee, under the responsibility of Thierry Krombach.
