To strengthen our Support team, we are currently looking for a:
Support Consultant (m/f)
Your mission
> Respond to incoming calls and email requests
> Diagnose and resolve technical or functional incidents
> Escalate incidents to the relevant teams if necessary
> Follow up on tickets until they are resolved
> Supporting and advising users in the use of software developed in-house or by our partners
> Participating in the continuous improvement of procedures and the knowledge base
Your profile
> Excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of service
> IT knowledge (Windows OS, LAN, Excel)
> Good spoken and written French; proficiency in German, English, or Luxembourgish is considered an advantage
> Experience in HR and/or payroll is an advantage
